Irish Scampi
Irish Scampi, usually means the Dublin Bay crayfish, lives in the 50 ~ 200metres deep ocean, and feeds on small shrimps and crabs. It's bright-coloured: whole body is agate red mixed with suet white; that makes it looks translucent. Its meat tastes tender, elastic, fragrant and sweet.
