This razor clams live along the Ireland sea beach.  They inhabit sandy beaches in the intertidal zone down to a maximum water depth of about 20 metres.  
Living in this pure water makes them taste very good.  With transparent texture, thin shell but thick meat, high protein but low fat, all those make the razor clams have not only high nutrition, but also a very good taste.
